The Central Triage Center (CTC) is the point of entry for adults, eighteen and over, seeking emergency mental health services.  The CTC evaluates all individuals whether voluntarily seeking emergency services or petitioned by K.R.S. 202A from the seventeen counties in the Bluegrass Region.  We evaluate the needs of the individual, determine the least restrictive mode of treatment, and facilitate access to the appropriate level of care.  We provide direct referral to our Crisis Stabilization Unit, co-occurring detox and outpatient follow up appointments. In addition to providing referral to least restrictive modes of treatment for the Bluegrass Region, the CTC is the admission entry point to Eastern State Hospital for all fifty counties served by the hospital.
